What time can I check in?
Official check-in time is after 14:00. Checking in early is subject to availability.
Where do I pick up the key to my apartment?
There is a 24 hour reception available at the property where you can pick up your key.
Can I leave my luggage at the property?
Yes, we offer free luggage storage for our guests.
What time can I check out?
You can check out before 11:00 of your departure day. Every hour after 11:00 is an additional charge of € 20 up to a maximum of 3 hours.
Is there parking available?
There is public parking in the streets at € 36 per 24 hours. We also have a valet service at € 26 per 24 hours plus a one time € 10 pick up and drop fee.
Is there breakfast included?
No, we do not offer breakfast services.
Can I smoke inside my apartment?
No, Dutch law prohibits smoking in public buildings. Smoking is only allowed outside in the open air.
How do I get to your property with public transportation?
Departing from "Schiphol" (Amsterdam Airport Schiphol), take the train to "Amsterdam Centraal" (Amsterdam Central Station).
Departing from Amsterdam Centraal, take tram number 4 and get out at the 6th stop "Frederiksplein". From Frederiksplein, walking to the property is about 3 minutes.
Where can I buy public transportation tickets and how much does it cost?
Traintickets can be bought at the trainstation. From Schiphol Airport to Amsterdam Central Station and vice versa costs € 4,70.
Tramtickets can be bought at various sale points and inside the trams. Different tickets are available from a 1 hour ticket of € 2,90 up to a 7-day ticket for € 34,00.
Make sure to check in and check out with your ticket everytime you enter and leave a tram.
Do I need to pay a deposit when I make a reservation?
No payment is needed upfront. However prior to your arrival, a hold of a certain amount will be put on your credit card to guarantee your reservation. This hold will be released after no damages to the property has been found when you depart.
