Apartments
Golden Mansion offers 3 different sized apartments: studio, standard, and deluxe apartments. The apartments are designed for 2 persons, however the standard and deluxe apartments have a sofa which can be turned into a sofa bed which allows for another 2 persons in an apartment.
Like most other autentic buildings in Amsterdam, Golden Mansion does not have an elevator. Golden Mansion is located in a residental area.
Services
Golden Mansion has a 24-hour reception with friendly staff who can help you with any questions you might have. Standard check-in time is from 3 pm till 11 pm. Arrival after 11 pm is possible with prior notification. Free luggage storage is available to our guests before check-in or after check-out time. At the reception you can find additional services like bike rental, car park and taxi arrangements.
Reservations
Flexible rate booking through our website with at least 5% discount and has a free cancellation until 2 days before arrival.
A valid credit card is required to make your booking. 7 days before your arrival, your credit card details will be used for an authorisation hold in order to guarantee your reservation. Note that this is not a payment but a temporary hold of funds. On arrival at our property you can pay with your preferred method.
Rules and Policies
Check-in from 15:00 PM
Guests are required to present a valid photo identification and a credit card upon check-in. At least one of the guest musts must be 21 years old or older to check-in. If these requirements are not met, guests will not be allowed to check in and there is a possibility that the reservation will be cancelled with applicable cancellation fees.
Only the number of persons listed on the booking confirmation may stay in the apartment. Unregistered guests are not permitted to enter your apartment. If unregistered guests are found in you apartment, you will be asked to leave the hotel immediately.
Early check-in is subject to availability. Luggage storage is available before check-in time and after check-out.
Check-out until 11:00 AM
Late check-out possible at extra a surcharge of EUR 20,00 per hour until 13:00 PM. Extention beyong 13:00 PM will be a full day charge.
Cancellation policy:
Standard rate: free cancellation or modification until 3 days before arrival. In case of late cancellation, late modification or noshow, the fee will be the total price of the reservation.
Non-refundable rate: not possible to modify the booking. In case of cancellation or noshow, the fee will be the total price of the reservation.
Refundable damage deposit:
A damage deposit of €200,00 will be authorised on your credit card upon check-in. The deposit will be released upon check-out, subject to an inspection of your apartment. Please note that the authorisation release period depends on the conditions of your bank.
Child policy:
Children of any age are welcome.
Children aged 3 years and above are considered adults.
All cots are subject to availability for childeren aged 0-2 years.
No Smoking or Drug use (including laughing gas):
Smoking and the use of any kind of drugs is probihited inside or around the property. Due to the property being in a residential area, please refrain from smoking near the property.
Quiet hours:
To ensure the comfort of other guests, please keep noise levels to minimum, especially between 22:00 PM - 09:00 AM. Loud music, parties, and disruptive behaviour are not allowed.
Visitors:
Visitors are not allowed.
Taxes & fees:
All rates include 9% VAT.
The city tax of 12,5% is not included.

Accepted currency is EUR. Cash is not accepted.
Quiet hours:
Thank you for caring and being quiet between 22:00 PM and 09:00 AM.
Parking facilitiess:
Golden Mansion does not offer parking facility.
Pets are not allowed.
Behaviour and respect:
All guests are expected to behave respectfully and adhere to hotel policies. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the hotel without a refund. Golden Mansion reserves the right to contact authorities if necessary.
